Another month has come and gone. We wrote a little about March in our last update, so this may also be a bit short. We had a medical team the first week of March . This team is always special because so many people return each year. They met us early in our marriage, saw us pregnant, and this time, they met Logan! Jay worked over 90 hours this week driving and being with the team, so it’s safe to say he was exhausted. I did not go to the actual medical clinic days during this week because of Logan, but I did drive, help out with therapy days at home, and manage logistics throughout the week.

We were looking forward to some rest after they left, but I came down with a horrible stomach bug, and Jay was stuck taking care of Logan and me while also being completely exhausted. After that passed , we took a little more time off to work on our house and just rest . It was very much needed for our health and marriage to take some time.

We did have some fun times with the kids at the Fulp and Chapin homes. One day, Jay and I took Olimpia out for a fun day because Wanda and Daryl were out that day, and she was having an extra hard day emotionally. So we took her to McDonald’s and enjoyed time with he . She loves Logan, sometimes a little too much. We were also able to be at Community of Hope for a water day! All the staff, kids, and adults had an amazing time. Our goal has been to have date night for the Chapins every other week, but we’ve actually only been able to do it one other time this year. So this past Saturday, we started it back and made it a more fun time. We brought glow sticks, galaxy lights, and music. We had a dance party with all their kids. It’s safe to say, I think everyone had a fantastic time with that.

We bought my flights for May. I do not have residency yet, so I have to leave the country every six months. Thankfully, we found reasonably priced flights and I will be able to celebrate my grandfather’s birthday with him! This week , we will be heading to immigration to renew my visa for 90 more days.

Last week we hiked a volcano! I have been wanting to do that since we moved here, but we never had time. Last week, my sister in-law’s family was doing it so we joined them!

Ways to Pray:
– Wisdom on whether we should try for my residency this year, and the money if we are supposed to
-Finances in general. The Lord has always provided though, and we are so thankful for that
-Jay- for energy. He is so tired all the time
Thank you for all your prayers and your time that you take to read our monthly updates. We are so thankful for you and are praying for you!
If you feel led to give, you can through these ways.
